Fish starter: Prawns, Sweet potato jelly, potato foam and nage.
Meat starter: Chicken liver parfait, prosciutto, compressed apple and port jelly
Vegetarian main course: Mushroom ravioli with tarragon
Meat main course: Lamb shank croquette, rump steak, jerusalem atichoke textures, mint dressing, radicchio and date jus.
Fish main course: Cod fillet, anchovies arancini, white wine zabaglione, dill oil, sugar snaps and crispy capers.
Orange and pumpkin mille feuille
Baked apple, almond crumble, butterscotch sauce, nougatine tuille and vanilla ice-cream.
Sweet pasta, plum compote, mascarpone and chantilly.
